Patient/Client Care Representative
Morris Animal Hospital is seeking an energetic, people-oriented individual to join our work family as a Patient Care Representative. The Patient Care Representative is a full-time position with health and vacation benefits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; interacting with clients in exam rooms to obtain an accurate medical history in order to facilitate the proper care of patients, properly assist in the collection and set-up of lab tests, prepare and label prescriptions, educate clients on pet health care, assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments, and maintain a clean work environment. PCRs are expected to work with technicians, veterinary assistants, and veterinarians in order to ensure that care for the patient is provided in a professional manner. This position is cross-trained to work as a Client Care Representative at our front desk. Minimum qualifications needed: high school diploma or equivalent. Previous veterinary clinic experience is preferred, but not required. Position will require some weekend shifts.
Registered Veterinary Technician
Morris Animal Hospital is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual for our Registered Veterinary Technician opening. This position is full-time and includes health, vacation and CE benefits. Job duties include, but are not limited to; monitoring anesthesia, performing dental cleanings, blood draws, lab tests, laser therapy, digital radiography, and assisting veterinarians in exam rooms. Must be licensed in the state of Indiana and in good standing. Position will require some weekend shifts. Pay dependent on skills and experience.
